Welcome to Forever Wild! We’re excited to have your family join our program. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before registering. By submitting payment and participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Registration & Payment

 

 

  • Registration is confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Space is limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations, missed days, or changes in travel plans. This is because your payment goes directly toward securing rentals, staffing, and materials needed to create a meaningful experience.

  • Please only register if you are confident in your plans.

  • In certain circumstances or emergencies, your spot may be transferred to another family (pending approval from FW).

 

 

 

 

3. Participation & Conduct

 

 

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is prepared, respectful, and safe during the entirety of the program.

  • Children must be able to participate in group activities without ongoing disruptive behavior. If your child needs extra support, please let us know in advance so we can collaborate with you.

  • We reserve the right to ask a child to take a break from programming if their behavior consistently impacts the safety or well-being of the group.

 

 

 

 

4. Health & Safety

 

 

  • Parents must disclose any medical, behavioral, or developmental needs that could impact participation.

  • Forever Wild staff may provide basic first aid, but families are responsible for any medical care needed beyond that.

  • We will do our best to maintain safe environments, but participation in outdoor, group, or travel-based programming carries inherent risk.

 

 

 

 

5. Media & Photography

 

 

  • By joining our program, you consent to your child being photographed or recorded for use in Forever Wild’s social media, website, and promotional materials.

  • If you do not want your child featured, please let us know in writing before the program begins.

 

 

 

 

6. Communication & Updates

 

 

  • Program updates, location changes, and weather-related schedule shifts will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • It is the family’s responsibility to check these channels regularly.

 

 

 

 

7. Program Changes

 

 

  • We reserve the right to adjust schedules, facilitators, or activities due to weather, location changes, or other unexpected events. We will always communicate openly and do our best to provide alternatives.

8. Parent Conduct & Community Respect

 

 

Forever Wild is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all families, staff, and children involved. By enrolling in our program, you agree to:

 

  • Communicate respectfully with Forever Wild team members and fellow families.

  • Bring any concerns directly to us so they can be addressed privately and constructively.

  • Refrain from making defamatory, false, or damaging statements — publicly or privately — that could harm the reputation or functioning of Forever Wild, its staff, or community.

 

 

We reserve the right to remove a family from the program, without refund, if there is behavior that threatens the emotional safety of others or the integrity of the community.
