Experience Working with Kids
Ever go to a cub scouts gathering run by parent volunteers? You might know what we mean when we say chaos. There is an art to gathering a group of children's attention, and it takes years to gain the skill. We have a combined experience of just over 30 years in all types of settings from traditional classrooms, to studios, to workshops to outdoor schools to international settings.
Connection Over Perfection
We believe kids grow best through relationships—with their peers, their environment, and trusted adults. Our programs are built around shared experiences that foster growth, independence, and lifelong friendships.
Brave Spaces, Not Just Safe Ones
We guide kids to take healthy risks—whether that means climbing a rock, speaking up in a group, or trying something new. Growth comes from courage, not comfort zones.
Presence Over Screens
We encourage unplugged play and face-to-face connection. Our programs help kids rediscover the joy of being fully present with themselves and each other....not through screens.
Every Child Has a Voice
Whether your child is outspoken or introspective, we help them find and use their voice with confidence and strength to share their gifts with the world. We teach them how to use their power to support the group and function well within the group dynamics.

"Our teen boys (who usually spend most of their time behind a computer screen) ran around barefoot in a jungle garden every day with monkeys, snakes, and turtles; learned jiujitsu, survival skills, how to twirl and balance sticks, sang, wrote, and explored.
